Power for workstations, meeting rooms, server and comms rooms, coordinated with structured cabling.
Testing & commissioning
Primary and secondary injection testing, ACB and relay protection testing, and full commissioning with documented handover.
Fit-out coordination
We work to your programme alongside ID, M&E and main-con — including phased and after-hours works in live buildings.
Compliance & handover
SS 638, SCDF Fire Code and landlord fitting-out compliance, EMA endorsement and as-built documentation.

Yes. Most of our commercial work is as the electrical and LV sub-contractor to main contractors, ID firms and M&E consultants. We can also contract directly with the end client.
Which sectors do you cover?
Grade A offices, luxury retail, technology and R&D labs, F&B, data centres and government or institutional fit-outs. We match relevant project references to your sector on request.
Can you work in an occupied building or after hours?
Yes. We routinely phase works and run after-hours and overnight installations to keep live buildings operating — including overnight switchboard changeouts.
Do you also do data cabling and smart lighting?
Yes — we are a CommScope-certified cabling installer and install DALI and Casambi lighting controls, so electrical, data and lighting can all come from one sub-contractor.
Are you EMA-licensed and ISO-certified?
Yes — EMA-licensed with Grade 8 LEWs, plus BCA ME05, SCAL ME02, bizSAFE STAR and ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001.
