Do BTO electrical works need a licensed electrician?
Yes. Electrical works in HDB flats, including new BTO flats, must be carried out by an EMA-licensed electrical worker, and certain works need an HDB renovation permit (usually filed by your contractor or interior designer). BSH is a licensed contractor and wires to SS 638.
When should the electrical works be done during my BTO renovation?

How much does it cost to add power points in a BTO flat?
