Who we are

If you work for us or with us, the information we hold about you as an employee, subcontractor or supplier is handled separately — just ask us about it.

What we collect, and why

We only ask for what we need to reply to you or to do the work:

• When you send an enquiry — your name, company, email, phone, the service you need, property type, budget range and your message, so we can quote and reply.
• When you sign up for a licence-expiry reminder — your company, premises address, licence expiry date and email, so we can remind you before your EMA licence lapses.
• When you use the floor plan planner or the EV and lighting tools — the plan or photo you provide, plus your name and address if you ask for a quotation from it.
• When you pay online — your payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and your contact details. We never see or store your card number.

Your floor plan and photos

These two tools behave differently and we would rather be precise about it. The quick estimator does everything inside your own browser — the file you choose is never uploaded to us. The floor plan planner is different: to detect rooms it sends the plan image to Google's AI service, and if you request a quotation it saves the plan together with the name and address you enter. If you use the share link it creates, anyone who has that link can open the plan.

Photos work the same way. A photo of your distribution board or your room is sent to an AI service (Anthropic or Google) to be analysed, and the result comes back to you. If you would rather not, simply do not upload one — every tool works without it.

Who else sees it

• Our enquiry mailbox and the director who follows up quotations.
• formsubmit.co, which delivers the contact form to our inbox, and Google Firebase, where enquiries and saved plans are stored.
• Stripe for payments, Vercel which hosts this site, and Google and Anthropic for the AI features above.

These are ordinary service providers and several are outside Singapore. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads tags to see which adverts bring people here. That sets cookies in your browser. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, or manage what Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com. The site works fine either way.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we are working with you and afterwards while we may still need them — for warranty, for a repeat job, or because we are required to. We do not delete things automatically, so if you want your details removed, ask us and we will do it. If you have unsubscribed from reminders we keep a record of that so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any reminder at any time. Email us and we will sort it out — there is no form to fill in.

Keeping it safe

Enquiries and project data sit in Google Firebase with access limited to our staff. Payments go through Stripe and never touch our systems. If something goes wrong and your information is affected, we will tell you and put it right.
