Minimum Service Fee
SGD 80 per visit ensures quality service for every call-out.

Job Pricing Structure
If the actual job costs less than SGD80, the balance will be topped up to meet our minimum service fee.

Assessment Fee
If no work is performed, an SGD80 outcall fee applies for our expert assessment.

Late-Night Services
30% surcharge applies between 10pm and 7am for all emergency services.

Our transparent pricing policy ensures you always know what to expect, with no hidden costs or surprises.

A 30% surcharge applies to the minimum service fee or other services provided between 10 PM and 7 AM.
